David: Amanda! I'm almost going to be done with my homework forever! After a few weeks have past, I'll never have to do homework again. We can just play all the time when I come home from work.
Amanda: And you can be Clifford.
David: What?
Amanda: You can dress up in your Clifford clothes.
David: I don't have any Clifford clothes.
Amanda: Yes you do.
David: What do you mean?
Amanda: You have a red suit to be like Clifford.
David: I don't think so. Maybe you dreamed it.
Amanda: No! You have a red shirt and red pants and you look like Clifford!
David: (sweetly) Amanda, I really don't have a Clifford costume. Maybe you dreamed about it.
Amanda: Yes you do!
David: Okay, go look in my closet and see if you can find any red pants.
Amanda: (Eyes narrowed, in a low voice, with a suspicious look on her face.) Maybe you got rid of them...

Garlic Boy, you should get some sweet red clothes and dress up as Clifford. Amanda is right, Garlic Boy did have a red shirt, pants, shoes, sweat band, knee guards, helmet, and socks. The shirt was tight and he didn't button the top 3 buttons. The pants were tight and torn. Amanda, he threw away all the red clothes because all the girls thought he was too handsome.
I remember Garly going through an entire "chromatic" phase where all of his outfits were of a single color. I especially liked the green turtleneck, corduroys, and Converse you had going on. He always looked like a popsicle.
