This book is supposed to teach children about their five senses. Unfortunately, the five senses this book teaches are: 1) Sight 2) Touch 3) Smell 4) Hearing 5) Fear. Although the subject matter of the book is definitely amusing (Hailey loves it), the pictures scare me. Why does David have to look like he came right out of a horror movie? The soulless eyes, misshapen nose, grotesque coloration, and haggard grin all combine to haunt my every waking moment. Little David, you scare me!

Shouldn't you be studying for the bar? I do have to say, however, that he does look like a little David. The part about being stinky is all too true.

HA HA! We just got 2 David books at the library and I said the same thing! In ours, his teeth are pointed like a monster's!
